Co-founder and leader of ARCA. Eccentric and unpredictable. He was thrown out of his original mirror pack as a young dragon for being too “gentle”. He was born among this pack while on their migration from the Wasteland to the Labyrinth, and as such he was one of the few who bore rich green eyes. They were apostatic, spiteful and outraged at the treatment they received from the Plaguebringer, and sought to seek revenge both on Her and Her sister. The ground was steeped in blood as they travelled, slaughtering every dragon and clan in their path. They had a ritual for young members where, to enter dragonhood, one had to kill another dragon by themselves (preferably a hatchling, or someone scared and defenseless). “Treat them like Mother treated us!”, they screeched. But Emmex refused. He was promptly kicked out of the pack, and was graciously given 5 minutes to leave their sight, lest he become their next morsel. He bolted into the leaves, distancing himself from the angry mass as far as possible. He knew there was no negotiation. After coming down from the shock, he realized he had become alone for the first time in his life. For over a year, Emmex had to fend for himself without a pack and heal from the memory. Despite the trauma and savage upbringing, Emmex has grown into a very outgoing and optimistic dragon. He ran into Lakebed while wandering the jungles. He longed for a friend, and they bonded easily. They founded ARCA upon running into a group of three dragons, who were as lost as they are. They agreed to start their own clan, on the basis that they don’t want anyone wandering the jungle alone like they did. Emmex and Lakebed had two children together: Robin and Tenjin. Emmex, in effect, made a new pack to call his own, and is always eager to expand it. His favorite motto is "There is no such thing as a family that's too big." Clanmates tend to call him the leader, but Emmex likes to think of himself as just another member, giving everyone relative independence to do as they please, so long as they respect everyone else.
