Bio

From birth Magnet has been a curious and inquisitive Coatl. The moment he could leave his nest he was exploring the lair of his birth clan’s. The moment he was free to roam outside of the lair he was lost for days just exploring the surrounding area and befriending all creatures that seemed friendly enough. It’s how he came to befriend his close companion, Yurrik, the Hippogriff. The two have been inseparable since Magnet has met him.

His inquisitive nature has always gotten Magnet into trouble but he’s a dragon of wits and manages to find a way out of most situations. Not always unscathed, but alive, which is good enough for him he supposes. Because of this he has been appointed as one of his clan’s scouts and never leaves a single rock unturned whenever sent ahead to check whether a new area is safe to explore or hunt in.

He often entertains the hatchlings of the clan with random facts and taking them out in group “expeditions” that often gets him scolded by worried mothers once they return from a day’s journey. Being a bit of a ‘know-it-all’ has gotten him into enough trouble with others of his clan for irritating them or talking more than he should. He’s a fantastic conversationalist once you find a common ground though.

While a pursuit in knowledge has always been his greatest goal in life, he never puts it before more important things-family, his clan, keeping the lair and hatchlings safe from any known dangerous. So many would be surprised when he suddenly abandons his scrolls and books to comfort a crying hatchling, or hiss and intimidate an imposing threat or even to pursue a romantic interest.

When push comes to shove, he is reliable and always willing to help in any problem one may have. Whether it be a brain-teaser of fight.
