Mako

As one of the three daughters of Frigga, she is born into a very large family. She has a multitude of cousins, all older and flying easily, and in the Zephyr Steppes, the winds curl around her and lift her up to play too, though much less steady. There's nothing to fear in the gentle slopes and she grows up with close friends on every side, never lonely. Sometimes she follows her father around, watching him build things. He's a teacher too, at the school, but because he's got three babies tumbling around, he gets time away to stay with them. As his daughters, the girls consider it their duty to help him in his job. Peachpie treasures the weird chair they give him, though it is hatchling-sized and he physically cannot use it.

Sometimes she follows her mother around. Frigga would seem to be a deeply dignified dragon, with her veil and the golden ribbons and the glowing halo, except for the fact that she dotes on her daughters to the point that one of them is almost always clinging to her back; Frigga never says no to a ride. As one of her beloved and adored daughters, she always gets her cheeks squished and kissed. She doesn't mind it- her mom loves her. Sometimes, she even gets to help her mom write cool prophecies, her handwriting more scrawling than her mother's looping letters. Her mom says she might inherit the gift of Sight too.

Her eyes have always glowed like a star is trapped within, from the very first moment she opened her eyes. Frigga had thought that maybe she had the gift of Sight to a more extreme level, the Lightweaver taking notice of her tiny little daughter. It means she would definitely have magic, says Peachpie, her father kissing the top of her head. She blinks up at him and watches the light shine up at his face. The other hatchlings never treated her differently; one of the other dragons tells her that his brother had eyes all the way down to his tail! To glow isn't so odd- though cheating at hide and seek is exceptionally hard when the beams of light give away her peeking! Unfair.
