The children of Beithe, the mysterious entertainer and rumored demigoddess have lots of love and parents in their live. This nests other mother is Twilight, one of the Pyramid clans scholars. She teaches hatchlings as well as helps any dragon seeking knowledge in the library. These children are loved and cared for by their biological parents as well as Beithes other mates and their partners. They sure aren't lacking any maternal love in their life.



Like Twilight, Etude teaches the hatchlings of their clan. What they specialize in, though, is music. Percussion, strings, woodwinds, brass; it matters not the type of instrument, as they have mastered each and every one. They’ve managed to do this through time, practice, and an interesting biological quirk: unlike most tundras, they have a perfect audial memory, and the enhanced hearing to go with it. As such, they can remember every word or sound they have ever heard, and can pick out an instrument in an orchestra and tell you the one player that’s out of tune, and by how much, down to half a cent.


While Etude’s hearing abilities and memory are exceptional, it comes at a hefty price: they have no sense of smell. This has cause them great distress, as it has caused them to be unable to properly fit in with tundra society. However, it has helped them grow close with Isa, who, being very calm and stoic, is also different than the rest of her species.
