Dimas

There are old tales originating from the Arcane clan of two brothers who were tasked to fill the sky with beauty at dawn and dusk. However, the names of these brothers were lost throughout the centuries of storytelling. It is said that the original brothers themselves came from a mother dragon of day and a father dragon of night. These four dragons kept the days going the parents taking the brunt of the forces of day and night while the baby boys played in the sky as one parent's shift ended and the other began. However, not all dragons last forever and the mother and father dragon past away. Leaving the two brothers to paint the sky in beautiful pinks, blues, and purples. The brothers themselves were not immortal and they to faded with the passage of time. However, the role of cycling of the days could not cease due to the death of the original dragons, so their abilities got past down to random dragons that displayed the colors of dawn and dusk. For centuries this cycle passed changing from two brothers of the same mother to two separate dragons who were born at the same time. Eventually, it became two boys who were born of the colors of their respective task in a similar time frame. The name bestowed on these boys had the meaning of their role. This is such for Dimas, which in another language unknown to the Arcane Clan meaning sunset. Dimas' trusty Hippalectryon crows when it is time for the sun to set. Dimas then takes flight and flies amongst the stars welcoming the night with his gloom wings and blackberry opal which is the vessel along his body containing the magic to end the day and start a night to all the dragons within flight rising. He rests with FieryWave's clan because he has found a mate that has the filigree gene so that a small portion of magic is concealed in the vessel so that one day his future offspring may one day carry the magic to require the spreading of dusk.
