Biography

Quiet with a piercing gaze, Fel seems to move about silently like a specter, watching. Despite this, it's quite gentle and has a love for gardening and botany.
Typically seen on outings with Sylvan, though other times keeps an eye on Urselene during her outings to make sure the excited scout doesn't hurt herself.
