Simerie is a headstrong Pearlcatcher that values mental, physical, and magical strength. Lunira has dubbed her the official "Treasure Hunter" of the clan, due to her capability at finding lost items and hidden treasures. She idolizes her mother, Key--a powerful summoner capable of summoning one of the strongest Djinn, Solomon, and binding him to her will. Simerie dreams of becoming a strong Summoner like her mother one day, even if she still questions why she doesn't know who her father was...
She is in training underneath her Aunt, a level-headed Summoner who helps her understand and control her natural abilities as well as her temperament to ensure her safety while calling upon spirits to assist her. However, even when she's felt nervous, the entities she calls seem to naturally (if not begrudgingly, at times) obey her. While Simerie attributes this to her own capabilities, Lunira knows it is because of her ancestry.
While not nearly as strong as any Djinn, Simerie greatly enjoys summoning Familiar Spirits, much like her Mentor does. However, unlike Lunira with Jellyfish, Simerie prefers a frog-like creature akin to Sornieth's Tadhops. Dubbing him Deseer, she considers him a trustworthy friend and will occasionally summon him merely for company rather than to help in any kind of battle or other predicament she finds herself in.
