Mate: Sahma.

Garett, with his mate Sahma was the founder of the clan. After Sahma's death, Garett became withdrawn and depressed. He no longer had the will to head the clan and the scavenging and gathering parties diminished. Dragons were starving and dying. At this point Tlam stepped in and relieved Garett of his position.
