Bluebell is the kind of snobby rich guy you think of when you picture a stereotypical noble.
He's rude, vindictive, unbelievably snooty, and loves to flaunt his riches and power wherever he goes. Struts around like a peacock when in the town square, holding his glimmering wings out as far as possible to capture every ray of sunlight.
He's also just. The average Adherence member.
Fully believes in everything the Adherence stands for. Will shout from the rooftops how blessed he is to be born a light Pearlcatcher, showering the Lightweaver with praise for endless hours into the night. His glimmering pearl is always polished, and held somewhere constantly in view of the dragons around him. He will unabashedly spit in the face of "lesser" dragons, both figuratively and literally, and perceives any aggression he receives in return as an attack worthy of a death penalty.
I love him very dearly. He's awful, he sucks, he's literally the worst guy ever. But he's so fun
