 Rain always has quite the magical effect, especially in lands so close to Arcane. storms that blow from those waters are always something to behold, for their violent churning clouds and their screaming winds that sound more animalistic than natural. Most dragons take their leave when these storms start to roll in, finding shelter where they can to avoid the unknown contents of the rain. Yril was one such dragon.

He doesn't remember his time as Yril, only knowing the name from faint memories. He remembers the storm, and remembers hiding under a tree. After that, though, everything is just... blank. Until he was broken free from his wooden concaves, the dragon was essentially gone. Now that he's out though, he serves by Orache's side loyally. She bestowed the name Oak to him, and he wears it with pride as he serves under her with his mate.

Some of the storm that made him into this still lurks in his veins, showing itself when the Peace Guard uses his magicks. With them being as unpredictable as they are, he's reluctant to use it at all these days.
