Victory

As a part of the city's council, Victory is often more concerned in the city's treaties with neighboring beast clans, and it's economy. So long as their is peace, the city thrives with it's trade, and treat the businesses well, it will continue to flourish even more. As a father, the skydancer wants nothing more than to have a safe place for his children to grow up in and thrive. As a mate to a store owner, he only wants Utvara to continue what she loves without having to become burdened with stress. Victory still cares deeply for many of the citizens, whether or not they own a business, have a family of their own, or simply trying to work their way through life.
The skydancer has come to help in many decisions to boost the cities economy and make the citizens happy. Victory is often a loud voice in the council, and isn't afraid to call anyone out on a decision that will endanger the city and it's residents. Having been in the council for sometime, Victory has been especially helpful to those new joining the council, he has especially become a great mentor to Aata.
At the end of the day, Victory enjoys returning home to spend time with his daughters, Wish and Natayle. Often times trio can be found wandering the city streets, or playing board games around the living room table in their cozy adobe while awaiting Utvara's arrival from work.
