You would probably think that all the clan members feel loyalty to mercury, since she’s the leader, and said “ambassador of the arcanist” but in fact, that’s not the case

While most don’t show it, many of the clan members feel unnerved or even outright fear of her, her overall demenor is so calm yet so.. unnatural, as if she’s playing a facade, and a voice so smooth yet almost condescending. Not to mention that she’s known to severely punish anyone who breaks any rule, even by accident
