Claws of Death

Powers:
-The polar opposite of her identical twin, she has the potential to be strong- but isn't. Her body hangs on her bones, empty but desiring life. Despite a healthy apatite and attempts to keep healthy, she seems incapable of gaining weight or muscle, and thus spends a large part of her day resting.
-The swaths of green crystaline substance on her body are dark and silent- cold to the touch, they seem to weigh her down more than anything, uncomfortably rigid.
-Unlike her sister's crystals that reach all the way to her chest, her own only grow around her claws and spines, a thin sheen. Her chest, most importantly, seems perfectly formed.
-Upon touching any living thing with her claws, she can, if she chooses, drain the life from them. It looks like rapid dehydration, the victim life form turning slowly withered and grey the longer she's in contact with them.
-This process is not immediately painful, but massively disorienting and unpleasant- even being drained for a matter of seconds leaves the victim weak, dizzy and confused.
-She, however, grows bolstered, the energy seeping into her crystals from the tips down and igniting them with a pulsing green glow that bleeds into her muscles and bulks out her form. Taking life, giving death.
-She hasn't experimented greatly with how far her powers go, but preliminary draining of life has indicated that the lack of extensive crystal growth over her body is likely only temporary- formations akin to her sister are expected, should she harness her powers further.

Personality:
-A pale shadow that wants to grow, reaching weakly for the sky.
-Walked in her sister's shadow, bitterly jealous of how much life she had to spare
-Will do anything to claim her life as her own, knows how to get it using her power
-Yet... impacted by her sister's love for life- uncertain of herself, and if killing and stealing life is the way to get what she deserves.
-Easily grows anxious and uncertain, which manifests in anger or (when pushed too far) crippling doubt that turns to tears
-Despite her wish to prove herself, has a soft core that takes things slowly and likes simple things- sunsets, watching birds, meals with friends.
-When her secret is made known it brings isolating levels of fear from others- needs to choose how to balance growing strong and having the friends and found family that she craves more than anything else.
