Just outside the Beacon, where the lands sewn in darkness touch the light, sits the Glassworks. There, glass of every kind is sculpted for mundane and magical purpose. Within the Glassworks, Ayecia was born.

Born without eyes, she struggled to adapt in a place she could not see or begin to understand. One day, she gained her first eye - a magical thing that projected in front of her like a mask. She claimed it allowed her to see things others could not. As she aged, more and more appeared each year until she was bathed in a halo of eyes.

She made a name for herself in crafting eyes similar to hers, though the ones she made were of glass and metal. Her creations were special; granting visions, lifting darkness, peering through walls. They came in all forms, from filling an empty socket to hanging decoratively around necks and wrists. It was then that she left the Glassworks, in search of new things to see. She found much more than she bargained for at Schwartz Industries.
