Maroon

Maroon was another one of Shade's first children, and was in the same clutch as Blackblood. She was also distraught by her father leaving the clan, but instead of delving into physical activity like her brother she looked towards books to cope. Shade would often gather books, sharing some of the curiosity for knowledge that her god did, so she would dive into reading them. This led her to her study of magic, which she began to obsess over.

Maroon is also one of the only people who knows about her brother's actions, as they both remained close througout childhood and still remain close in the pressent. Despite it being a little twisted, she supports her brother. It also encouraged her to continue studying magic, so she could join him to defend their clan.

Eventually, Maroon became the most well versed dragon in magic in the clan, despite being self taught. She did indeed join her brother in the defense force, and stands along side him as one of its leaders. She helps teach the other members magic and other battle skills.
