Ice is a great color in general, moving from the lighter blue tones to the darker bordering on ultramarine tones on her wings and crest. Wasp and bee give this really cool fractured look to her, like she's covered in a giant sheet of ice that cracking as she moves around. The filigree gives a gorgeous bit of texture change and shape to her, I really enjoy it. The outfit choice you have for her is really nice, ice themed is quite fitting and obvious, but I quite enjoy the fitting textures and more spikey look it gives her. The lore you have for her is quite interesting, the idea that she has powerful ice magic that she can't really control yet it really interesting, particularly since she is also a busy body so I imagine it is quite difficult to be out of control for her.
