Biography
Dunno why she's called Linnet
Mate: Heges
Linnet has the gift of the gob; she enjoys talking, but also listening. One of her favorite hobbies is weaselling information and the latest gossip out of people. However, for all her gabbing, she can be like a vault when it comes to keeping secrets.
She was a lone traveller for a while, after being kicked out of her former clan. On her wanderings, she ran into a handsome guardian named Heges. He was sweet to her, and instead of running away when she was attacked by a slave trader in the woods, despite the fact he had the chance, decided to help her.
Linnet looks up greatly to the oldest spiral lady of the lair, Nineve, and enjoys spending time with the 'elders' of her clan. She is the de-facto story-teller, with the side ability to kick some dragon butt.
She takes great pleasure in mentoring Pinmei, her apprentice, and together, they are working to record the history of Banyan-Bent, and all its inhabitants. This is an arduous task to say the least, and often at the end of a long day's work, she finds that her claws have been stained with ink and her eyes ache from many an hour of writing and proof-reading. She should probably pick up a pair of reading glasses.
