A friendly being should one happen upon him, but never a good sign.
Shill's origins are unknown, but his intentions are common knowledge to those who have hard of him. His duty to help guide those lost in the thick of deadly blizzards, clinging to life with their last, has been the subject of many fond tales of survivors and storytellers alike.
He shields a freezing body with his mighty wings, escorting them to the nearest sign of civilization for aide, chatting spritedly to keep one's hopes up with laughing and smiles, then vanishing into the storm once sure his help isn't required.
Those nearby in settlements and cities claim to hear faint but noticeable jewelry bangles just outside property walls, following the sound to find a dragon in need of help and alone, relieved but puzzled as to how one could survive such temperatures without assistance.
Stories of a kindly dragon in the middle of the storm are written off as delirious visions...until another is caught and he comes happily to help.
