Commissions, gifts, requests and trades:
Art for you

You can repost images I’ve made you in your own galleries, crop them to make icons, basically do whatever you want as long as:

• You don’t use my artwork for any commercial use without asking
• You don’t claim my artwork as your own

Save a copy of the artwork to your computer in case the hotlink breaks or the file was only hosted temporarily, I might not have backup!

Art Dragons / Design sales:
Characters I’ve designed and then sold

You have all rights to use the character design however you want, but you may not use my artwork of the character for any commercial use (ex: using my art in a logo or advertisement) see previous commissions header ^

Resale at or below what you bought the design for is totally cool

Specifically regarding Art Dragons, you can move the artwork to another location (another dragon, toyhou. se gallery, etc.) if you like! Save the image to your computer in case the hotlink gets screwed up, please, I cannot stress this enough

Bases:
Lineart or other free to edit artwork that I’ve made

• You may sell adoptables with my edited bases
• You may not use my bases for YCHs
• You may commission someone else to edit my bases for you

Fan art:
Artwork I’ve made depicting characters that are not my own

Any artwork I make depicting characters/designs that aren’t my own, and aren’t a commission or gift for somebody else, can be used for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment (ex: characters from movies/tv shows, comics, video games, etc.) Just don’t be a dingus, and we’re all good
