Deep, deep in the forest, a Clan of Fae live among the fairies.
They say that the fairies never speak, but communicate through the darkside of dreams. Through half conscious thoughts, uncharacteristic fright - through half heard whispers in the wind. They speak from the other side, in ways that every dragon can hear, but that few are able to recognize.
This Clan of Fae never leaves their sanctuary. They eat only butterflies that feed on the same nectar as their fairy companions - and, to the belief of some, their fairy cousins.
The Clan is ruled by the Fairie King and the Fairie Queen, and their word is law.
His name is the Fairie Knight. That is the name that he gave to the Clan, when he arrived, laden with plants, and well supplied with silence. He may have been a Fairie Knight once, but to see a Fae of his lineage out of the hidden forest. . .
Only a dire event could lead to such an exile.
