Being the premier enforcer of secrecy within the Ankhol-mer Constellation, he ensures silence from researchers and test subjects and any serving staff which may have seen something they shouldn't have. In addition to this, he often follows leads outside of the organization which hint at newly discovered arcane knowledge, encouraging individuals to share their experiences.
Senecare is blessed with an authoritative confidence and charismatic ease which grants him many quick friends in the local government and other elite circles. He can talk almost anyone out of a situation which is not suited to his motives without them even suspecting that he was manipulating them, often avoiding having to resort to less savory means to achieve his ends - though he never hesitates when it does come to that.
He is extremely fastidious about his appearance and makes sure to be wearing only the latest in high-fashion. He greatly enjoys attending balls, dinner parties, and making an appearance at intellectual clubs to share gossip and to flirt with everyone present.
