_______________________________________________ The strange mirror was found in a crater after Capall and Izzy went to investigate a "fallen star". The object that had fallen was not in fact a star, but an odd craft; small and round, fit for one dragon, and spewing smoke everywhere. Almost no one in the clan had seen anything quite like it. The mirror inside busted her way through the already-cracked glass frantically. Despite the younglings' efforts to stay calm and offer help she ran away from them, hissing and screeching all the while. She didn't behave like a normal dragon. She seemed fearful, like a cornered animal. Her strange body language led the dragons involved to call in some experts. Blue's squadron was summoned to try to capture the mirror, to make sure she wouldn't run off and injure herself. Charlie and Delta were able to communicate with the mirror that they didn't want to hurt her--that she would be safe if she came with them. They managed to get her calmed down enough to assimilate her into the pack. A brief examination from Iuka revealed that she was suffering from some sort of crystalline corruption; a condition likely Arcane in origin. The solid gem-like parts of her body greatly restrict her movement and have been seen to spread when she is under great stress. It seems to put her in a lot of pain, as her body seizes up whenever the corruption grows. Iuka hypothesizes the corruption spread to her mind and is responsible for the state she was found in, but no one has any way to confirm this. |

Bunny demanded to see the craft as soon as she heard about it. She was able to recognize the strange runes printed on the outside and identified the mirror as a part of the SpaceFlight program. That's all the information that anybody's been able to learn about their new visitor. | She has so far proven to be incapable of speech. She attached herself to Charlie while settling into the clan. Charlie was a-okay with that, it was her job to hold the squad together after all. Her easygoing personality seems to keep the mirror calm. Charlie nicknamed her Centi after observing her fascination with Earth's giant centipedes. Centi really seemed to take to this nickname. |
