In a similar way to Kaze no Koe, Nyoirin and Byakue were dedicated to the Shrine and serve the Windsinger from the comfort of their favorite place in the world, Takemachi.


Nyoirin and Byakue are not ambassadors for the Windsinger nor manifestations of him as Kaze no Koe is sometimes believed to be. However, the two are considered as spiritual protectors of the shrine. Byakue identifies as a female dragon and is self conscious of her deppening voice, so prefers to speak soft monosyllabic phrases unless chanting mantras in blessing about the grounds of the shrine. She also enjoys dancing and performing in the glory of the Wingsinger.
