B I O G R A P H Y
Inside of a secluded area of the library, you will find a blue imperial slumbering ontop of some very important looking scrolls. You can find some outstretched scrolls hanging around the room, which appear to be... heavily detailed maps...? As you carefully move closer towards a shelf to inspect the arsenal of scrollcases, scrolls and writing utensils you accidentally knock down a very expensive looking paperweight! The Imperial wakes up with a jolt, with an unravelled scroll stuck on his snout. The Imperial thanks you for waking him up and introduces himself as Shadowstream.
Shadowstream is one of the founders of this clan. He loves to explore around the clan's lands, sketching out the terrain... or used to... Now he's confined to a room to describe his adventures and what you can find in specific regions. He's more of a storyteller and an 'artiste', not a writer (or so he claims). Shadowstream can be found sleeping in the library most of the time. When he can, he slips out unnoticed (until his mate Viola finds that his equipment has suddenly 'disappeared') and goes on an adventure to who-knows-where. Some have claimed they found him in some sort of secret hideaway, carrying some of the things Viola has told him to throw out (Such as his precious limited edition inks). When Glacias, the previous leader had announced she wanted to step down from leader, she announced that Shadowstream would proceed her. Shadowstream has great leadership, but he tends to push things a little too far... Including his adventures, which may last for weeks on end, leaving the clan by itself. Normally, the founders will handle his absence, dividing up his duties between them. |

C H I L D H O O D
As a hatchling, he was sold as fodder to other clans. However, Glacias found him, and raised him as her own. Shadowstream doesn't remember the times before he got adopted, however remembers his adoptive mother, and 3 others. (See Ash, Rei, Riza and Viola in other info.) One of his favorite memories is whenever he felt happy with his adoptive parents, and his other friends. Ivor would usually take him hunting and fishing often, as well as exploring for resources. Ivor later encouraged Shadowstream to become an adventurer for the clan.
Shadowstream spent his days with his best friends, Ash, Rei, Viola and Riza while they had time to spare and quite normally got into mischief and disappeared from the clan grounds often to explore. He always dove head in first, trying to prove he was more of a real dragon than Ash. They usually came back with scratches all over their bodies with the 3 ladies carrying their finds home (and sometimes with the boys being dragged home). The Choosing was very different for Shadowstream. As he was embarking on an adventure, he found a small golden telescope, picked it up and put it into his satchel. He continued on his adventure, scouting out the lands and decided to try out his new telescope- he’d find the real owner later. As he was pulling the telescope out of his satchel, it started to wiggle around! It turns out his telescope was a Tricky Telescope! He had never even noticed that he had walked past Satsunna’s place when he picked it up! Since then, these two have been adventuring together ever since, even for stay-at-home adventures. Less exciting, but still are entertaining! |

O T H E R
Shadowstream's relationships are vital to the clan. He knows everyone and everyone knows him. The most important relationships in the this clan are Viola, his wife. Lana, his only daughter who still resides in the clan. Ivor, his adoptive father. Glacias, his adoptive mother. Riza, a close friend. Rei, another close friend and Ash, Rei’s mate and a close friend.I N F O
In between his duties and his adventures, he loves to set up mini adventures for the clan every new moon. The hatchlings seem to particularly enjoy these events and grow up with fond memories of them. Even the hatchlings that have grown up still participate in his adventures! These adventures bring the clan together, some have even met their best friends and love interests during them! Shadowstream believes that you can't adventure alone, that you need friends to share your experiences with, and all dragons should be able to have an adventure no matter their age. Although Shadowstream and WallI can't go on as many adventures as they once did before, they spend long days in the library. Sometimes, they even go to the library at the observatory to watch over the clan that Glacias has built over the years. Shadowstream has found a new successor, Vanilla. Vanilla is working hard under Shadowstream's wing. Shadowstream's lucky numbers are 17, 38 and 65, and his favorite color is Dark Sienna. |
