Warrior
Indra is a strong, extremely loyal warrior whose charge unfortunately happens to be Oberon. He left his original clan to search for his charge at a young age, working as a mercenary for hire to earn money during his journey. He developed some excellent sword skills along the way and when he eventually found The Focal Company he was fit to be a warrior for the clan.Indra's relationship with Oberon is a strange one. The Fae was delighted to hear that he was Indra's charge and immediately assigned Indra to be his personal guard alongside his warrior duties. The two eventually entered into a romantic relationship too, though Indra is by no means Oberon's only lover, the Fae has many of them, but Indra likes to think that he is by far the one Oberon trusts and relies on the most. Despite this Indra is extremely jealous of Oberon's other consorts, he resents both Yama and Lust immensely and cannot stand to even look at them. Oberon knows this, which makes it a huge blow when the Fae forces Indra to stand guard whilst he goes on dates with Yama or spends time with Lust. Aside from his troubled relationship to Oberon, Indra gets along well with his fellow warriors, his calm personality acts as a sort of buffer for Chandi and Macha's hotheadedness. He was originally wary of Yami given that she's the sister of Yama, a dragon he dislikes immensely, but Yami proved to him that she was an extremely competent, reliable, and compassionate leader through years of fighting together side by side. Despite his passive personality, Indra is a fighter first and foremost, he kills efficiently and unlike Yami his morality is pretty grey. He's certainly a dangerous enemy to have, and his loyalty to Oberon has deterred many coups within the clan as well as many attempts on Oberon's life. To get to Oberon you have to get through Indra, and getting through Indra is near impossible. |
