Personality
Quiet / Posh / Eloquent
Kaho was raised like what most dragons imagine royalty would be raised like. She had many tutors, was taught to stand with good posture, and was told how to speak properly. Where she is now, those things don't matter. With everything being so foreign, Kaho does not speak when not needed since she's busy observing her surroundings.

When around Surana, she is much more open. She is self aware of her past, and often uses it as a punchline to her jokes.

In the Southern Icefield, Kaho was once a royal upon many. Her clan was run by two families of monarchs, the Istaya and the Moraia, Kaho being of Istaya heritage. For centuries, the Istaya and the Moraia ruled together in peace, however there was always speculation that one or the other schemed to take over the clan for themselves. Both families denied this, but things would begin to stir as the elements grew more powerful.

News from the world across the sea flooded the clan. The news about the Armistice, the rebellion stirring in the Ashfall Waste, all were spectacles for the clan to discuss. The Moraia family took this distraction to their advantage, and during the night, the queen of the family sent an Imperial to kidnap Kaho and fly her out to the Scarred Wasteland to die.

This did not go unnoticed, but by the time the king and queen of the Istaya family caught the news, Kaho was already across the sea between the Icefield and the mainland.

Upon being dropped into the Wasteland, Kaho could already feel the affects the land had on it’s dragons. It was awfully humid and warm, and even after a few hours she felt nauseous. Kaho would’ve died if it weren’t for Surana. When they first met, Surana didn’t want to be around Kaho because of the infection that had taken over her face. Kaho saw past her ghastly appearance, and soon enough Surana taught her the ways of Plague.

Surana’s teachings helped Kaho a lot, but like her, Surana was a wanderer, and for all she knew wanderers generally did not survive in the Wasteland. Luckily, Surana had caught wind of a clan welcoming new members and of course, the two made their search.
