B I O G R A P H Y ____________________________ As her name suggests, Harp loves music; both making music and listening to it. Harp is a very bright, happy young musician. Unlike Ravemaster, she tends to focus on acoustic sounds; string instruments are by far her favourite, though she also loves percussion. She can brighten the mood of an entire room just by walking in, her smile spreading like music on a quiet sunday. Her aura is undeniably positive, and if it’s within her power to make you happy, darn it you’re going to be smiling soon. While this is a wonderful attribute to have, she has to work on putting herself first. She often gets very tired, physically and emotionally from helping as many others as she can. Being the positive force in everybody’s life is not always so easy. The longer she goes without recharging, the harder she finds it to get back on her feet. When she does need a recharge, she’ll settle down with her favourite instrument: a simple harp. Who would have guessed. Its soft strumming can ease her mind and body. She’ll either cast an easy charm so that she can fall asleep to the gentle music; or she’ll sit with Nova and play to herself little songs that she makes up. Harp is the reason there is a plethora of instruments all over the lair. She’s not the only one who uses them, but she is the one who uses all of them. Most of her time is spent playing beautiful sonata’s, singing ballads and making all sorts of music. If you’ve got an event, chances are she’s got music for it (unless Ravemaster beats her to it). Her voice is definitely worth listening to, just as much as her playing is. Smooth as honey and sweet as candy, her songs are often fun, happy and bright. Many a night she’ll lead her clan in a song and dance by firelight. Nearly everybody joins in, throwing away the worries and stress of the day and having fun. Some join in rather reluctantly, not letting go; but they all eventually find that letting go for a moment is much better than the alternative. While she knows and loves to play many instruments, her absolute favourite is her harp. She was gifted her harp as a young hatchling by her mother; she’s kept it since then. It reminds her of her home and her family, but it also keeps her looking forward, onto the next song. Soft and sweet, her harp and her voice can bring anyone they play for comfort and happiness, even if it’s just for a short while. Her best friend is Nova, The Deaf Stargazer, The Arcanist’s Gift, The Allknowing Wildclaw, the most beautiful dragon she’s ever seen, the nicest, sweetest, most wonderful… Alright, so Harp might be a little bit in love with Nova… But she knows that Nova’s gifts put her under stress, so she’s okay with just being friends. To keep Nova safe and happy, Harp will keep her feelings to herself.[/size] ________________________________________
