-Once a member of the Ra’ani family. His memory of them is faint. Nothing more than a hunting knife poised over his throat and a cold night alone in the emptiness of the Wasteland.
-He was taken in by a strange creature, a swirl of teeth and tendrils and eyes. It could sense the strain of Madness lurking within him, and it wanted him to survive. So that’s what he did.
-These days he makes his home in the back of a run-down bar at the edge of the territory. A crooked neon sign reading Death’s Door Tavern hangs above the door. Don’t ask about the name.
-His eyes hurt. His scales flake off. There are lapses in memory. Has it always been this bad? He can’t remember.
-The tendrils that grow from his eyes and around his wings also wreathe his brain. Their effects are… less than pleasant.
-He found the deer-beast lurking outside, feeding on decomposing garbage. He began to feed it, and eventually got it to follow him into the bar. It helps him get around on bad days.
-There’s something strange about the young ridgeback who frequents the bar. A fulgurite shard dangling from his rifle that feels eerily familiar.
-He does his best to be kind, and rational. His patrons make it difficult, though.
