--An ocean loving Wildclaw who was raised close to the sea, Finn's parents left their homeland of the Shifting Expanse when he was a small adolescent. He doesn't really remember the lands of the Stormcatcher, but he does recall on how much his father disliked it's dry, almost lonely valleys and deserts. All Finn knows is the smell of the sea, the taste of salt, the feel of triumph when he could catch a large fish or crab to feed his friends and family. He doesn't know that his parents nearly worked to literal death under an oppressive God no one ever saw; dust, dirt and oil stuck under their claws, in their fur... the crackle of electricity making their feathers stand on end all day. --Finn is a fisher and sailor by heart. Most youths where he grew up learned to surf, sail and swim, and were expected to pull their weight, even though they were children. The village was nestled close to the gulf, and the weather was always superb. It became a popular vacation spot when Finn became an adult and it was odd seeing dragons in bright shirts carrying around cocktails, but he enjoyed meeting new people and showing them his amazing island. He chooses to be as friendly and easy going as he can be, despite the harsh childhood he had. --Passed down his father's restaurant, Finn took the mantle of being one of the best cooks on the island, and attracts many customers and guests to his fishery. The specialty is rainbow trout that can only be found in one of the coves near their island that is known for being difficult to catch... but he serves almost anything for dragons that love fish. __________________
