Cielo is selfless, heroic, protective, honourable, noble, brave, modest, empathetic, kind, caring, optimistic, compassionate, intelligent, and wise. He is also rather naive and idealistic. He has exceptional talent and potential in his magical abilities and his enthusiasm to further his education. He can be outspoken and slightly foolish. Cielo does at times use his magical abilities for himself, however, as he gets older, he will learn to use his abilities for the Clan more than for himself.

Cielo has a very good, quirky sense of humor, it is dry or sarcastic. He is also very selfless. This selfless nature often impairs his equally strong sense of duty; more than once he has put his life on the line to save a Clanmate even though his survival is imperative to the Clan. He has a habit of attempting to see good in every dragon. Cielo has a keen sense of observation, being able to recognise an enemy dragon even after they try to disguise their true self with the help of their nature abilities. However, there is also a darker side to Cielo. He will go to extreme measures to protect those he cares about, even if it means killing enemies. Cielo is normally indifferent towards those he kills and he has rarely showed remorse. He can sometimes display a cold, cruel, and sadistic demeanor towards his enemies. However, his brutality is only ever directed at his enemies and he has never harmed any dragon who wasn't a threat, occasionally trying to talk to them and convince them to change prior to turning his brutality onto them if he is unable to peacefully persuade them to abandon their dark path.

Cielo’s Seer Abilities:

Cielo did not know he was a Seer until he was an adolescent, discovering that he had a stronger intonement with the ability to control the Arcane Elements. After the Clan discovered his ability, they seemed to know that he had more to offer as they sent him away to be taught by a knowledgeable Sorcerer.

He found out while training with his mentor, that he had the ability to shield the minds of other dragons from a Sorcerer or Sorceress, keeping them from being unfazed by the effects of their powerful minds. However, his shielding abilities does not distort the effects given from physical blows of sorcery.

He does have a very strong connection with telekinesis, being able to move and teleport objects and other dragons twice his size and weight. Cielo does not find a lot of issues with moving heavy objects, although he can only transport objects and dragons to places that he has either been or seen.

Meaning of Cielo:

The meaning of the Cielo is "sky" and "heaven" in Spanish.
