Балтс - инженер и главный механик клана. Балтс уже далеко не молод и шрам на лице и седина доказывают это. Он прошел уже не одну войну, и в армии он также отвечал за технику и прочее. Когда наступил мир, он решил уйти на пенсию, однако, свое любимое дело он не ставил. Балтс продолжал мастерить и изобретать. Вскоре о драконе узнал Сауле и предложил Балтсу вступить в его клан.
Многочисленные войны оставили шрамы не только на теле, но и на психике дракона. Много смертей он повидал, криков и стонов, и это сильно отразилось на его психике. Во время приступов, Балтс начинает громко кричать и смеяться, сам не понимая этого. Облетев всех лекарей и целителей Сорниета, дракон так и не смог оправиться. Но после нескончаемых перелетов, Балтс понял, что не хочет избавятся от болезни, считая, что она придает ему индивидуальности. После этого решения, близкие друзья в шутку начали считать его сумасшедшим ученным.
Несмотря на то, что Балтс является драконом ветра, работа инженера тесно связала его с элементом электричества. Балтс может повелевать магией молний и гроз, но только при помощи некоторых механизмов, находящихся на его спине. 		windv2.png
