Ouranos

The wildcard of the Council. Nobody knows his history or his goals, but everyone is aware that he's a force to be reckoned with. He rarely shows up on time for meetings and never seems to take them seriously, but he is yet to fail an objective given to him by Jupiter.

Ouranos has a couple of rogue like dragons under his command. They act more like a group of companions than a well structured division, with Ouranos treating them like friends instead of subordinates. Their casual attitude belies their dangerous nature as these dragons serve as the Council's assassins and spies.

After joining the council Ouranos got a taste of the wonders of technology. Despite being a Lightning native, the mirror never had much interest in it before. Jupiter had a special armour forged for him that allows him to store his lightning magic and fire it off in a concentrated burst. Ouranos wears it with pride, though his division sees it as the council drawing their leader further into its clutches.
