The official Lightening representative of the lair, Zanya is respected among her denmates and works as hard as any of them, especially with the handling of the tall and dangerous lighting rod that distributes light and power to the library and nursery. Nobody's perfect of course and Zanya has plenty of character faults as the next dragon. Her self-indulgence and brashness aren't exactly fun to deal with, much to the annoyance of others.
However she has an uncanny brilliance that helps lighten everyone's opinion of her. Zanya is a sly and impulsive Ridgeback who has the least concerning problem with 'borrowing' her clanmates possessions.
