Zohar

•Zohar invents items in his spare time and loves to test them. Akakia made the Coatl create a workshop for his hobby, because of how loud it was.
•When Zohar gets depressed his plumage starts to fade, and Akakia knows to talk to him when she notices.
•Zohar grew up in a Coatl clan, so he never had learnt how to speak dragontongue. Akakia helped teach him once she realized this, but for the first few months Akakia had to translate what he was saying to other dragon breeds. He worked in the Library because of this for almost a year.
•Upon arriving in Elysian, Zohar and Akakia commissioned Seafoam and Toci to construct their lair, cause they didn't know the first thing about design.

Zohar's old clan was very agriculture-based, and he grew up doing many hands on chores. He was still a hatchling when he met a Plantation Pincher named Erin. They bonded right away, and often did chores together despite the Pincher's small size. Without Erin, Zohar doesn't think he would have ever been able to get the nerve to leave his old clan. The creature seems incredibly smart, and Iolite loves to use Erin to teach other familars cues and other things. They are really close, but of course, Zohar and Erin's bond is much stronger. Still, Erin usually hitches a ride to Iolite's Familiar Shop most mornings when Zohar works on his inventions. The crab has never been a huge fan of mechanics.
