Biography

Thumper is an assistant researcher in Viridian Sanctorum. Every day she collects data from the outdated magic readers inserted in the ancient lay lines, interprets their patterns, and writes out reports that are almost the same as yesterday. It is a boring and tedious job that can use some improvements, but something calming is what she needs right now.

Before she showed up at the sanctorum and replaced a sick worker one day, Thumper was an interrogator with another name, appearance, and species, in Team Apocalypse. She was younger and easier to manipulate back then. She was handed some tools, some roughly written protocol, and a stubborn Shade cultist by her rescuer, before she knew it, she had been working for the team for years. Her quality of an interrogator wasn’t from a cunning attitude, or ability of picking truths from lies. She simply had a better understanding on body parts that hurt harder yet caused less damage.

Her stay in Team Apocalypse wasn’t too long compared to others. A necromancer leaving the team brought Thumper with her. However, she didn’t plan anything for Thumper and left her in the forest by herself.

To Thumper, interrogator and assistant are both pointless jobs. She knows it is “morally better” to do her current one, and she has no intention of ever returning Team Apocalypse. However, she had no regret of her past.
