Veranzodias was once a mortal, whose powers of foretelling were so great that once his life had reached its end he was ascended into godhood. He now walks among the Pantheon as one of their own. He is seen as the patron god of Prophets and Seers. It is believed to always be wise to give offerings to him as he may deign to bestow upon the offeror a vision of the future.
He is often calm in the face of even the most chaotic events, as he has long since foreseen their outcome and has come to an understanding about the purpose of the event taking place. It not unusual for him to be seen observing the conflicts between the Gods with mild interest, curious as to which timeline that he has foreseen will come to pass. It is unlikely he will foretell any future events directly to the other Gods and Goddesses, as such information would be far too powerful in the hands of deities. Most often he would simply make a snide remark that would bring up more questions than answers for the Deity asking the question. At times, he withholds himself from foreseeing into a certain timeline, as to not spoil the joys of various occasions by having knowledge of the outcome. One of such occasions is relating to any love he may find in the future, as he prefers this to be as much of a surprise to him as it would be to any other. He wishes to build up a relationship and experience the joys and sorrows of such relationships naturally, rather than rushing to its conclusion with visions.

When he was simply a Prophet, he took on a pair of siblings as his apprentices and assistants. These apprentices, Ruhak and Rashida, remain close to him even now despite his ascension. He confers with them often, and they will serve as Oracles for those wishing to commune with Veranzodias. Ruhak and Rashida are often sent on missions by Veranzodias to fulfil roles needed in the timeline to gently push events in a favorable direction.
