As a Lightning Flight native, Coraeal is wily and cunning; her charismatic and ambitious nature make her a huge asset to the clan as a saleswoman.
Despite not initially agreeing with Fiora's stance on the beastclans, Coraeal is supportive, if unimpressed with the Queen Mother's presentation of her beliefs. She wishes Fiora would be more assertive as a leader, and believes that a more proactive approach would suit the clan best. Despite her somewhat tenacious personality, she is a doting den mother, and nurtures the Clan's wyrmlings with a gentle paw.

Now that Leiora has grown into a fine Duchess, Coraeal has stepped back as an adviser, and has taken up pursuit of her own interests; fabric and clothing.
The farmers of the Shengu Valley produce silk and flax, and Coraeal work her magic to not only turn plain linen sheets into stunning wraps and silk, but further more into elegant clothing that both flatters and functions. Her apparel is expertly crafted; imitation is flattery, but you can never replace the real deal.

Of course, cloth isn't all there is to it! Coraeal believes that a garment can be bigger than the sum of its parts, but the parts are still vital.
Needles from Ambricon, glass buttons from Patina, metalwork from Kahoku, jewels from Taupe; she tries to support other dragons as much as they support her.

Even her companions are vital helpers. Her flora cerdae, Miriam, supplies lovely soft fiber, as well as gorgeous shed flowers. Lady Ambrosia, from the Crystalcourt in Dragonhome, is quite the fashionista herself, and loves modeling the clothing she makes. Her role as an Ambassador helps Coraeal to expand her market into the Beastclans.
...Hey, if Fiora's going to sit quietly, Coraeal will happily speak loudly through the most beautiful clothing.
