Perfectly camouflaged for their life underwater, the Rainsong clan lived in the Tidelord's domain for millennia. Then, an unknown moster crept from the deepest chasm of the Leviathan Trench and drove them from their homes. Scattered, the Rainsong found new homes, some far from the waters they had known.
Gentle and calm as a warm summer shower, Varsha discovered at a young age her talent for healing magic. When her reckless brother would injure himself sparring with a dragon twice his size, Varsha would fix him up with deft fingers and a kindly reprimand. While her parents assumed she would become the clan's apprentice healer, Varsha feels a strong pull from somewhere out in the wide world. She is connected to something, or someone, away from her home and family. Her charge is out there, and she knows she must find it.
