Chrys for short; she followed rumors of Rako until she found his new home. While Rako was privately glad to hear news of his first home, he's less of a fan of Chrys' noisy threats to interfere in his very slow-moving, almost-nonexistent love life.

One of Chrys' wings and two of her feet (all on the right side) are malformed due to an illness in infancy; she's perfectly capable of walking, with a limp, but her ability to fly is severely hampered, which is a bit more of a problem in a Wind clan with a lair that floats in the sky. She's solved this problem with good old-fashioned pragmatism and a little help from Akshi's engineering know-how. She wears a supportive metal frame covered by the same tough, weatherworked leather that comprises the kites in the area. It's capable of basic flight movements. The only problem is that this has made her wary around others in the area who she doesn't know yet, particularly native Wind dragons, for fear she'll meet with flight purist snobbery.

("They're probably snobs," Deimos protested. "Look at 'em, flying around all fancy."

"You do that," Liminal countered.

"I do not!"

Liminal stared at him, clearly unmoved. "Yesterday, when you and Magni were trying to impress Panoptes."

The smug look that seemed permanently fixed to Deimos' face wavered. Chrys leaned forward, intrigued despite herself. "That is not what was happening."

"No?" Liminal's voice was completely flat. "My mistake. Anyway, as I was saying, don't try to scare a new lairmate off making friends in other clans.")
