Sunweaver was hit in the head by rubble sent flying by the Emperor rampaging through the Sundial Ruins. On top of the concussion and a host of other, smaller injuries, her pearl was shattered.
However, an unhatched light egg had manged to miraculously survive- and it just so happened to look exactly like her pearl.

It's hatched of course, but it must just be the weird magic growing in strength and her pearl is special- look it looks like a dragon and moves around, isn't it wonderful?
