Born to the dancer Tobira and the musician Yume, it is expected for their children to follow in their footsteps - or dance steps, if they lean more towards their mother's side. They are entertainers, performers, dragons who seek out the spotlight. Yet Robin's work is done off the stage.

She had been an aspiring dancer, practicing often with her mother - it was their favorite way to spend time, starting from a young age. Yet Fate chose one, not the other: Robin's career would end before it started. Wounded, she fought against this path, as fiercely as she could, but it was too late; though her injury would heal, eventually, her balance was forever tarnished and she would never dance as gracefully as she did before.

Spiteful towards her life itself, Robin distanced herself from the path she could not pursue. If she could not work with her legs, she could work with her hands, and she had overheard her mother speak of the many things she wore. Where'd they come from, then? Well, it didn't matter much. From now on, they'd come from her.

As time passed, Robin's resentment grew into a dull acceptance of her situation. Though she'd rather not speak of it, she has supported the performers of her family from behind the scenes, hand-crafting each and every one of their garments. But there was one more thread she had to sever, and it was theirs: if she truly wanted to start anew, it'd have to happen elsewhere.
