A free-spirited traveler who lost his way amid the terrible storms of the Shifting Expanse. The winds confused him, and so he crash-landed in Carrion Canyon.

Tlatlauhca never thinks much about the future or past; he's a simple sort and is content to take events one day at a time, no matter what comes. He seems incapable of holding grudges - in fact, he is hard pressed to remember the mistakes of others, which is something of a detriment. Like the wind he adores, he's a breath of fresh air in a stifled place, but he's not the most reliable of dragons.

Some parts of his demeanor suggest that he wasn't always like this; he shows flashes of cunning, strange fear and a logical mind, a metaphorical storm clearing in his brain. But it soon passes, and he goes back to how he was before. Whatever secrets his past holds will have to be told by someone else; he certainly doesn't seem to remember.
