Pavla

Pavla used to have a mother.
And a father, and a brother, and a sister.
She used to be loved.

One day her family was taken away from her; by a battlescarred trio of barbarian dragons.
She was alone.

One day, Pavla was taken to a new Clan.
There was something wrong.
There was blood everywhere - on her claws, in the eyes of her leaders. They were training her to be a killer.
So she fulfilled her purpose, reddening her coat and teeth until iron was all that she could taste.

Pavla used to be innocent - but she decided that she never would be again. Life had taken that innocence from her - other dragons had taken that innocence from her.

For a long time, she wandered, avoiding other dragons, alone and losing more of the dragon that she could have been.
Pavla thought that she never would get that dragon back.

But then she met Her - beautiful and red; bloody with the life of warring dragons. And She stole Pavla's treasure.
So Pavla pinned Her to the ground - Pavla readied herself to dole out the killing strike. But she saw herself in the Wildclaw's eyes - in Pile's eyes.
The two of them did not work alone. But together, they were one - they were finally themselves again; slowly beginning to heal from the lives that they had lived.

When they met Sketches, they recognized the same scars within his eyes. And the trio decided that they never would be alone ever again.


Through the group's travels, they found a Clan of dragons, hidden deep within the forest. Led by a Fae who was completely innocent, unbefitting of a leader. The group didn't trust authority, for reasons that none of them discuss.

But the Fae was just too pure to distrust.
