Biography
I am the watcher. Father says I shouldn't trust you. I believe him. Its not our fault you did what you did.
Through tainted glass an ominous shadow steps lightly into my pherepherials. It twitches, its movements like that of a passively occurring glitch. I barely notice the shadow growing closer. everything around me grows slowly more detailed. The shadow is growing nearer and nearer. More shadows begin to crowd in the corners of my eyes. The objects that surround me appear to freeze over and every last detail is boldly disable to my eyes. The air around me seems to be trembling with the shadow's presence. Nearer still, it is now inches from me, but I see more than any normal creature ever should. Words begin to form in the air around me, in strange handwriting on the walls. Suddenly, it opens its eyes. All becomes dark, and I fall to the floor.
The words are everywhere. On the walls, on the floors, on other dragons. Their thoughts and words are spelled out across their faces and bodies. There are many thoughts I wish I couldn't see.
Father took me by the hand and led me down the snow-laden path we traveled so often.
"Father, the letters...they are everywhere!"
"What do they say?"
The steam from the hot spring tickled our ears as we went down, down the icy spiral staircase.
"...I'm afraid to tell you father."
"Well, why is that?"
"They say so many awful, awful things."
At the edge of the spring, Father sat down and dangled his long legs in to the warm crystal pool. He thought for a moment. He wiggled his toes, making small rainbows that circled around him. The corner of his golden banner dipped llightly into the water a moment. Then father plucked it up and wrung the water out. Liquid diamonds fell into the glass one by one. Drip. Drip. Drip.
"The words...they frighten you?"
"Yes father."
My father was silent
"Why was it me, father?"
"Hmm?"
"Why did it pick me?"
"Who?"
"God."
"...sometimes, God chooses not to tell us why the rivers run south. But when they do, he promises to ride with us, to keep our boat steady and to meet us at the other side."
And then father's tongue was still.

Eusebia tilts her head and huffs at the many-eyed spiral. "Well I am a child so of course my handwriting is like a child's. But my mom says I'll get better someday!" A bit naive Eusebia really needs to listen better.
"Ah but pleased to be meeting you strange-eyed strangers! You both are very interesting to look at. Many-eyed friend, you have colors like my friend Samara! Only your orange is a bit brighter than theirs. I very much like your eyes! Ice dragons always did have the prettiest eyes in my mind!"
She turns to Blink curiously and paws at her tail, "Purple friend you are very sparkly! Like gemstones! My caretaker doesn't like when I play with gemstones, says they're not for hatchlings! Ah and your eyes are so very pretty too! I haven't seen eyes like these before!"

i cant get over how cute they are a a a aaa, sorry it took me a while to get back to you D:
also, love the connection in their lore with the similar beginnings and endings!!
"You two are close I hear? You two must share an odd, but beautiful friendship then! I hope the world shows you beautiful things."
Iris chirps at Blink and NonTon in a friendly way, she likes young dragons. Especially NonTon, because he had many eyes just like she does!
