"No matter how long the winter, spring is sure to follow."


This next spiral leaps upward and begins his aerial dance in time with the lilting music. He first mimics the gentle spring breeze as he floats through the air, wings barely moving. As the music increases in pace, Verdi flaps his wings rapidly, flitting from platform to platform like a butterfly moving from one flower to the next. At the end, he flies high into the air for his finale, twirling around and showering the delighted audience with flower petals.
