Barely a dragon from this world, or really barely even a dragon at all. The exact nature of Ophiuchi is extremely unclear, but such is to be expected of a nest between a race alien to Sornieth, and a dragon who has his very existence compromised. The bridge between the two that Ophiuchi and his siblings sit at is an unstable one to say the least, he himself has no definite form but he does at least have three forms that he consistently switches between, depending entirely on however he feels in any given moment.

Arguably his most natural form is something akin to a snake made up of violet and pink clouds with tiny stars, he seems to have limbs such as arms, legs and wings, only as he feels they are needed in this form. But largely, he tends to dart around in this form as though he were a bolt of lightning, perhaps an echo from his father's former life as a lightning dragon. Very few ever see this form however, given how unnatural it appears he can't exactly approach dragons looking so very out of place.

The two most common forms he switches between are more normal, the form of a mirror, and the form of a spiral. His appearance is largely unchanged between the two, simply a dragon made up of sparkling stars and the bright colors of space, only the breed he appears as changes. This depends on whether he wants to be as close as he can be to his natural form, or take on a form that resembles his mother's disguise. Commonly those who have spoken to Ophiuchi describe him as a mirror, though given how infrequently he is seen it's hard to say that this is his most used form.

By all accounts he should be an arcane dragon, he was born of a dragon who surrendered his very existence to the universe, and a being not of this world. But his eyes reflect that of the land he was technically born into, the Scarred Wasteland. His egg was not a plague egg at all however, from the way he describes it you would almost think that he'd made an agreement with someone in order to be a plague dragon. This doesn't make sense to anyone he tells this story to, but everything else about him is so unbelievable that most tend to just shrug.

Recently some sense has been given to his life but, only barely. He's taken to visiting a wind clan that is not very well looked upon by his home clan, but he is too entranced by their arcane prophet to look away. Normally he travels all over the world, researching any anomaly he hears about in passing... but for the moment he is still as he listens to the teachings of one of The Arcanist's most blessed. He wishes to speak to him but he also feels as though he has already, and that the prophet might have even accepted his admiration for him. He's a complicated skydancer, but his presence brings Ophiuchi comfort alike to sleeping beneath a starry sky.
