One of the owners of the CappuChoco Café, Mint-Choco is a gentle dragon with a talent for making cold treats of all kinds. From ice creams, to frozen fruit pops, and even cool puddings and cakes, he's an expert at them all. Many find it unusual that a Fire dragon could have a talent for icy snacks, but he doesn't understand how those two things are correlated. The other owner of the café is his partner, Cappuccino.

Much of his time is dedicated to perfecting and learning new recipes. He'll often go out for the ingredients himself, but has to travel to dairy farms to obtain milk for the cream-based desserts. Even though he's fairly busy with the café, he manages to make time to take care of Daesun and Saccharine & Absinthe, his adopted children.

Mint and Cappy found Daesun while the two of them were gathering ingredients together, and the Aberration sisters arrived to the Lune clan independently, but grew fond of it and needed a place to stay (as well as parental guidance). They often bring the fledglings to the café while working, and to try to teach them about confectioneries. Sacha is more helpful with making sweets, but Absinthe only wants to make bitter and astringent concoctions. Mint relies on her to make the strongest dark chocolate desserts.

He's a serene man, but can come off as aloof at times. Its not at all the case- Mint simply has a hard time expressing himself. He'll greet his clanmates, but doesn't initiate conversation beyond that. He has a genuine interest in getting to know his neighbors, but finds it difficult to verbalize this often. Still, many can see that he has a good heart, as he does try on occasion to reach out to others.

This is what endeared Cappy to him; despite Mint's reservations, he'd make the effort to reach out even when it's difficult for him. They bonded over their shared interest, and managed to start the café of their dreams together. Even when Mint finds it hard to socialize, he can bring dragons together with sweet treats, and even make friends in the process.
