Haku resides in a kingdom in the clouds of Sornieth, serving the king, Cuttle, by acting as a royal spy. The tundra keeps watch of anyone who he thinks may still be in support of the kingdom's previous and abusive ruler, Stardew, and ensures that they won't be a danger to Cuttle, his kingdom, or the kingdom's inhabitants. If Haku suspects someone to be a threat, he leaves a small mark on the dragon's abode, and the kingdom's guards would do the rest.
The tundra is very loyal and protective of the kingdom he calls his home and hates to see dragons suffer. This is particularly why he insisted on acting as a spy for the king, as he believes those who still walk the way of Stardew are a threat to the peace that Cuttle is trying to achieve, and thus that peace needs to be protected. He tries his hardest to persuade them down a different path, but as much as Haku is a bleeding heart, he knows that he can't convince everyone, and in the end, the kingdom's wellbeing is most important.

While this might make him sound scary, especially to those who still support Stardew, Haku is very much a sweetheart. He tries to get along with everyone and remain on good terms at all times, though, with his work as a secret spy, this may simply be a way to get dragons to lower their guard around him, but who's to say?

All one needs is a little kiss from Haku, and they'd be good as new! Though, he usually just offers a salve that contains a bit of his saliva. He doesn't want to get on the bad side of anyone's mate...
