Lowyatar

Lady Plague

The blind daughter of Tuoni,
Old and wicked witch, Lowyatar,
Worst of all the Death-land women,
Ugliest of Mana's children,
Source of all the host of evils,
All the ills and plagues of Northland,
Black in heart, and soul, and visage,
Evil genius of Lappala,
Made her couch along the wayside,
On the fields of sin and sorrow;
Turned her back upon the East-wind,
To the source of stormy weather,
To the chilling winds of morning.

"There is only Death for you and Disease for your people..." -Loviatar

Lowyatar joined the clan after being rejected by her father and mother. Her siblings were normal... but she... she was different. She had this... disgusting face. Her mouth looked dislocated and had an odd amount of extra teeth and glowing vacant yellow greenish eyes.
Her sickening look made everyone feel uncomfortable, and the pair couldn't stand to see their children like this, so they left her to fend for herself... Not fully understanding that her condition was not an handicap but a gift, and that leaving her didn't change much.
Many predators would recede upon seeing her. While the others died of disease.

Lowyatar is usually a calm tempered dragon, but if anyone dares to disrespect her in any way it won't let it go unnoticed. She will make whoever dared to do such a thing pay and plead for mercy. She has no regrets and doesn't help anyone.
Her power comes from Disease and Death. If a foe is too weak to flee from her it will most likely get killed. She spare tears for no one. If one is too weak then death shall claim him.
For her, this is the rule of life. It's kill or be killed, the survival of the fittest.
