Biography
Ataya means “gifts”, “presents”, “bestowal”
Raised contentedly in the Southern Icefield, Ataya set off on one of the journeys of youth so common to dragon-kind. She travelled widely and tried out a number of places before finding her home with the clan, including some much more eccentric. She has many funny, outlandish tales to tell - if you will believe them! Ataya has a companion, a chipskink which when not making the hatchlings laugh with little static jolts and cuddles, can be found curled up at Ataya's claws.
Laid-back and with a strong sense of humour, Ataya gave an unfavourable impression to her mate Nemo when they first met. She is passionate, and a warrior. He is much more pragmatic than she, avoids battles unlike many Wildclaws, and tends to be a calming influence on his friends. At first she thought him cowardly but when the situation calls for it, he has proved his loyalty and bravery...it's just that he finds the situation calls for it less often than Ataya does. Both are quite content for her to follow her strong fighting instincts and leave her Nemo behind when she goes to battle in the Coliseum. If it were a real fight however, he'd be there, regardless of her complaints.
